We hope to provide a good service to all our patients.
However, if you have any complaint about any member of the practice or constructive suggestions to improve our service, please put them in writing and address them to the practice manager.
The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman
The Ombudsman is independent of the Scottish Government, and may be able to take up a complaint on your behalf. The Ombudsman will normally only be able to act if you have followed the steps above.
